How much does it cost? Is there a subscription?
€15 once, for the animal's whole life: no subscription, no battery.
Is a physical tag included?
You print the QR yourself, in three sizes (50, 38 and 28 mm), on any support you like — or you add a catalogue tag on top, when it is enabled for sale.
Do I need to download an app?
No, neither you nor the finder: a phone is enough, the page opens directly, with no in-between screen.
Is it complicated to get started?
Create their page, print the QR or choose a tag, clip it to the collar, then scan it yourself to test: the How it works guide and the help pages walk you through it.
What does the finder see? Can they reach me straight away?
Their name, photo and the contacts you chose to show, with a way to call you in one tap.
Will I be alerted? Will I know where it was scanned?
Yes, as soon as it is scanned; the place only if the finder reports the pet and chooses to share their position, then shown on your missing-pet map — its accuracy depends on their phone.
Are my details public? Can a thief read their name?
You choose what is shown; on the tag itself there is no name or number in plain sight, only the QR and an invitation to scan.
Can I add several contacts?
Yes: if you do not answer, other emergency contacts you designate can be reached by the finder.
I change my number, I move house?
Update your details any time in your account, without replacing the tag: the QR stays the same.
Dog or cat — what size?
The printable QR comes in 50, 38 and 28 mm; engraved catalogue tags, when enabled, are 32 mm for dogs and 28 mm for cats and other animals.
Metal or silicone — does it last?
Our metal tag has its QR laser-engraved: 100% waterproof, readable 24/7 with no battery, made to last. A QR you print yourself lasts as long as the support you choose.
What about a GPS tracker?
Aucune batterie à recharger ni abonnement, et cela fonctionne partout où un téléphone peut scanner ; notre médaille connectée, une balise GS-IT commandée auprès de GS-IT France, donne sa dernière position connue, pas un suivi en temps réel.
Useful when travelling? For a shy pet?
Their page opens in the language of the phone that scans it, precious when travelling; a readable QR can be scanned without catching the animal, once you can get close enough — with no distance promised.
What happens the day they go missing?
You report them missing, someone scans the tag, you get the alert and the finder can reach you: the full journey is detailed on the Pricing page.
